S&T Office Interiors Group, a division of S&T Office Products, inc. is considered a “roll up your sleeves and get the job done” group of professionals, more workhorse than show horse! Our success is measured by our customers satisfaction with the outcomes of the projects in which we collaborate. We partner with industry leading architects and designers in a supplemental capacity and find ourselves involved long after the project is complete. We insure that every item on a punch list is complete and down the road, repairs are handled when the unforeseen happens.

Project Management — a single contact that is responsible for all aspects of a project. They plan, coordinate and oversee all tasks, maintain critical dates, manage budgets and relays information to the account manager of any major scope change. Develops work plan, schedule and logistics based on overall project parameters. Reviews the project site, plans and product specifications and communicates them to the crew for seamless installation.

Account Management — point of contact for the customer (architect, designer, client) for all communications throughout the project and is responsible for customer sign-offs, approvals and paperwork. Works closely with project administration and management to maintain proper documentation and expedite the process.

Project administration/coordination — manages detailed record keeping including receiving documentation, time sheets, contract adherence and key decision records. They place the order, coordinate ship dates, track shipments and works closely with the manufacturer to insure follow through.

Design — our fully certified CID design staff is trained on all of the intricacies of the products we represent. They provide supplemental design services for customers that have chosen a firm or provide design services for the customers without established relationships. They are integral to the success of a job and provide creative solutions to complex situations.

Installation — S+T Office Interiors Group employs an installation staff for smaller projects. This provides us with the flexibility that we find so important. For more extensive project or those that require union crews, we have partnerships with capable groups located in the Twin Cities and select the right group for the particular job parameters.
